An independent studio going for over 22 years.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join our team full-time and take charge of managing client relationships, leading creative projects, and fostering a collaborative environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a small studio setting, where your contributions will shape the future of our business and offerings. You are a key player in this studio, not a number. This is an in-person, studio based role.Responsibilities:- Client Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand client needs, objectives, and preferences to deliver exceptional service and exceed expectations.- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline project workflows and maximize productivity.- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve their full potential. Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute.- Strategic Thinking: Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative brand strategies and solutions that resonate with target audiences and drive business results. Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, goals, and KPIs.- Business Development: Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion, both within existing client accounts and through new business development efforts.
