We are seeking an experienced Account Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and efficient individual with a strong understanding of the facilities management and trades services industry. You will be responsible for supporting the management of the day-to-day operations of national contracts, including report development, monitoring progress of works in line with KPIs, and providing administrative support.

About the Role: Support sub-contractor management in the regions.
Monitor open job logs and track progress to completion.
Liaise with the administration team to ensure technicians have the necessary training, certifications, and tools, and inductions.
Assist with invoice queries and outstanding work in progress.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Monitor and contribute to achieving contractual KPIs.
Support the account manager in growing the contract and meeting targets.
Take sole lead on smaller accounts to develop skills and grow into the role and beyond.
Provide support to other contract allocators when needed.
About You: Minimum of five years' administration experience, preferably in a trades or FM/property environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Working knowledge of JDE or a similar financial package.
Proficiency in MS Office
