What we're looking for:
CPL has been on the rise for the last 4 years, gaining momentum with every completed job. Our extensive, high-profile client base has now made a demand for us to work more at heights, painting and washing their large buildings and structures. We have always taken on small to medium washing and painting work using EWP and abseil methods of access. A few of our guys have their tickets and experience to do the work but now in the high demand we are needing to add a new member to our team.
You will have the drive and ambition to be the best at what you do. Eager to impress our clients and work well with our current team. You will have a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive knowledge of industrial roped access and all the credentials and references to back it up.
You will be fit, strong and well rounded when it comes to work activities with a winning attitude. You can do it all, with safety and quality in mind.
The work is mostly in Auckland, but flexibility is needed as there may be jobs out of town i.e. Hamilton and Tauranga etc (outside of Auckland travel rates apply).
The prefect candidate will be willing to prove themselves as a hardworking, well rounded all-star.

The role:
You will be required to work as a painter as part of our team and when we have work at height, you will be expected to take the lead and showcase your excellent work ethic.
To be considered for this role you will need:
3 years+ painting experience
Minimum 2000 hours on the ropes (log book preferred)
Your own transport with a full licence and the ability to get to and from work sites within 50km of Auckland CBD
NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
EWP/Sitesafe passport/First aid - an advantage
Ability to work alone or with a team
A good understanding of the English language, as reading and writing instructions is a crucial part of our work
Medium to high comprehension and ability of computers and modern cell phones
