5 Star Assessor

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Bakers Delight Five Star team in a permanent full-time capacity at the NSW support office.
The Five Star Assessment team is an internal but independent body that assesses and reports on the operations of Bakers Delight bakeries and requires regular travel throughout Australia and New Zealand.
As a Bakers Delight Five Star Assessor you will enjoy working autonomously as part of a geographically dispersed team in a dynamic and fast paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring Bakers Delight high standards are adhered to by both company owned and franchised bakeries.
The responsibilities of the role include:
Assess bakery standards using the Five Star assessment process
Conduct Five Star assessments in a timely manner each round (4 months)
Provide franchisees/managers with constructive feedback and encouragement
Compile and maintain all relevant documentation relating to any non-compliant issues identified during the Five Star assessment
Liaise and maintain relationships with the operations team and other Five Star Assessors
Identify and implement continuous improvement to the Five Star process

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
Experience in Bakers Delight Production or Retail
Experience in applying Food Safety and OHS principles in a retail or food manufacturing environment
Excellent organisational skills
Strong skills in training, motivating and influencing others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A valid driver's licence
A current passport
OHS or auditing qualifications or compliance management experience would provide an advantage
