Reporting into the Three Waters Contracts Manager, we have an exciting role for an experienced and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our tight knit team to help in delivering the good work Fulton Hogan is known for.You will be responsible for the people management and coordination of crews on a daily basis. This will include planning jobs and projects they'd need to attend, arranging traffic management, materials and plant. Making sure your teams are complying with the environmental, quality and other corporate policies and achieving agreed financial outcomes for the stormwater and drainage related maintenance services delivered under the WDC Three Waters contract.What we need from youYou will be working alongside an experienced and supportive team in an environment that is both rewarding and enjoyable. You will have a great work ethic, strong attention to detail, the ability to communicate easily with staff and the public and be excellent time management.
