About the Role: We are currently seeking a 3PL Customer Service Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of their 3PL customer service operations.

Duties include:Managing, supporting and coachinga team of 3 customer service representatives.Customer relationship management including reportingNew customer implementationProcess optimisation, driving continuous improvement.Performance monitoring and reportingCompliance and quality assuranceEnsure all customers are invoiced as per agreed ratesSkills & attributes:Sound experience in 3PL customer service supervisory or managementSystem savvy withWMS and Microsoft ExcelExcellent communicationGreat energy and driven to succeed you are looking for a new opportunity, this role is not to be missed.
