The Customer Team's work reaches across every part of the 2degrees business. We're the home of the Retail stores, Contact Centre, we design the digital touch touchpoints and experience and we are champions of 2degrees "Customer Obsessed" value as everything we do starts with the customer, deep insight and goes from there. The wider team own CX, UI-UX, e-commerce, Insights, Digital Portfolio Management, and we collaborate with team across the whole business to bring the products, services and experiences to life for our customers.
