Yakirelbaz IT Solutions is seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Support professional to join our IT support team. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and assisting users with a variety of hardware and software problems.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or chat.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.Document and track customer issues using help desk ticketing systems.Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.Provide remote assistance to users and guide them through troubleshooting steps.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and common software applications.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Customer-focused with a commitment to providing quality service.#J-18808-Ljbffr
