Capital Campaign Coordinator

The Capital Campaign Coordinator is vital to the success of SPCA's Auckland Centre development and is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of the capital fundraising campaign. The Capital Campaign Coordinator will work closely with the campaign management team to ensure the smooth running of the campaign over the next two years.
 Supporting the Campaign Chair and other members of the Campaign Committee as needed
Provide support with major donor prospect lists and research.
Schedule, prepare agendas and take minutes for campaign meetings.
Provide support with site visits to existing and new Auckland centres.
Facilitate set-up of donor meetings and follow-up as needed.
Preparation and production of campaign collateral and communications in collaboration with the SPCA communications team

This role is part time, 20 hours per week, based in Auckland with flexible work location (some in Hobsonville).
