Workshop & Production Manager

Due to our continued growth we are now looking for two new staff members.

We are a very progressive company and our growth over the last 3 years has proven this.
We have a modern factory with up to date machinery with a great team feeling.

First Position
Workshop Manager -
If you are a well organised self-motivated person who focuses on quality and you are looking to run your own part of our growing business then this is the role for you.
You will lead by example and be responsible for managing jobs from start to Finish

We are a firmly Customer focused Business and our repeat or referred clients are a testament to this.

Attributes/requirements for role
-Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industry and/or trade qualified
-Be confident in reading and interpreting architectural plans
-Be confident in dealing direct with Site/Project Managers and take ownership and manage jobs
-Pride in presentation with extremely high standards
-Be able to problem solve and communicate with the workshop as required
-Physically fit and able to lift
-Be able to work independently, unsupervised, but also as part of a team to complete larger projects
-Be aware and actively adhere to company Health and Safety Requirements
-Managing factory stock levels
-Liaising and co-ordinating staff to
complete projects on time every time.
-Can be deadline driven to complete projects where extended hours maybe required
-Running our CNC and our Brandt Edgebander
-Occasional on site work if needed

First Aid Cert and Forklift license would be beneficial

We are also looking for...
Cabinet assembler / Joinery worker
-Be able to read plans effectively
-Be able to manage their time and keep our workload going out on time
-Have basic experience in our industry.
