Workflow and Process Transformation Leader, DxD Hub Workflow and Process Transformation Leader, DxD Hub The Digital Health Accelerator (DHA) is led by A*STAR, Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore, SingHealth, National Healthcare Group (NHG), and National University Health System (NUHS). DHA supports innovators in driving adoption and scaling of market ready or near-market ready digital health solutions. DHA is hosted by Singapore's Diagnostics Development Hub (DxD Hub). The workflow and process transformation leader are the linchpin of the DHA team. S/he is responsible for supporting DHA teams to ensure maximum benefit is being realised from implementing digital health solutions and measuring the impact of those solutions. For most projects this will involve process and people change that will require strong leadership and stakeholder management. An effective workflow and process transformation leader will likely come from a leadership position in hospital operations, healthcare IT professional services or healthcare consulting background. S/he will be equally comfortable talking to both front-line care givers as well as the C-Suite to drive big changes in clinical practice supported by digital health. Description Senior leader responsible for ensuring outcomes and impact of digital health solutions are realized and quantified Perform as-is and to-be workflow analysis Lead definition of key performance indicators for solution baseline performance and impact Analyse factors that drive process performance Identify and manage stakeholder groups to target to change systems and processes Act as independent advisors to PHIs to create a shared vision around to-be process and mobilize commitment to change Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Related Field 10+ years' experience in hospital operations management or consulting Track record of multi-stakeholder, multi-institution change management Define and lead measurable quantifiable parameters with respect to current vs perceived change.
