To facilitate that, we are excited to be able to offer a new role, that of Night Operations Manager. This role will be an important part of our Plant Leadership team, responsible for establishing WineWorks as a 24/5 operation across the Production, Warehouse, Cellar and Engineering departments. This role will be responsible for the smooth running of Night Shift operations across the plant, supporting safe, efficient and quality work through effective leadership and developing a self-sufficient shift with a positive culture and work environment.Candidates with experience in food & beverage manufacturing or warehousing is desirable, proven as a supervisor or manager of a high-performing team an absolute priority.
