It's simple - our purpose is to bring the best of New Zealand hospitality to our people and local communities.Right now, we're on the hunt to fill 3 Bar Manager vacancies in our Wellington network, and we're looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment,withat least two years' experiencein a similar role.You're comfortable working flexible hours across a 7-day roster, including weekends.
Your day-to-day will include serving and leading the bar team, managing customer interactions, upholding high standards of health and safety, maintaining strong product knowledge, and ensuring stock and purchasing systems are followed.
You'll also be responsible for ensuring accurate POS use, maintaining clean service areas, opening and closing the venue unsupervised, and supporting team development.
You'll help drive business success through managing COGs, staffing levels, and sales targets, and by leading with a focus on return guest experiences and staff motivation.This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $27.00 to $33.00 an hour for a minimum of 30 hours per week, and it's a great opportunity to step up in your hospitality career with a company that values connection, fun, and community.To excel in this role, you should have experience in a similar position, with proven ability to delegate tasks, coach and motivate team members, and ensure high standards of customer service, compliance, and safety in a dynamic venue environment.If this sounds like a bit of you, then have a crack at joining our epic team.Applications close 20 May 2025.
