Wellbeing Advisor Managed Isolation And Quarantine Facilities

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Implementing strategies to enable the wellbeing of all guests including ideas for physical fitness, general information updates, suggesting safe and achievable recreational activities, identifying education support needs for children.
Supporting guests with cultural, language, financial and temporary accommodation issues
Providing support to the onsite Health rep, and Site Coordinator.
Strictly following all Health and Safety advice
Working collaboratively with the onsite Health Site Lead, Site Coordinator and other agencies.
Maintaining accurate records and ensure smooth handover between team members

3+ years of customer services experience in a busy, complex environment with conflicting demands
Understand the principles of Psychological First Aid
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Certificate Level 4 or higher, including cultural qualifications
