Welder/CoachbuilderOur client is a well-established Silverdale based business, that has a great range of motorhomes and caravans for sale and they are in need of a NZ trained Welder/Coachbuilder to join their team.You will be involved in the modification of vehicles to special requirements, RV accessory installation, repairs and maintenance inside and outside the vehicle. You will need to have the following:- Previous Coachbuilding experience of minimum of 3 years- Fabrication skills minimum of 3 years in Aluminium & Stainless- Fabrication and fitting skills of parts and panels- NZ Level 4 Specialised Welding Certificate- Welding ticketed in Tig, Mig, Arc & Flux Core, either completed or completing (essential)- Interior work experience- Strength in bolting, riveting & screwingThis can be a demanding role, so in order to be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following:- Initiative in the bucket loads- A ‘can do’ attitude- Outstanding problem-solving skills- Flexibility- Eye for detail- A whizz with using hand and power tools- Strong team player- An exceptional work ethic (this is essential)- Willingness & availability to work Saturdays/Sundays & Public Holidays when requiredIf you have the experience and competencies as detailed above and love to work hard and want to join a great team, please apply with your CV and Cover Letter.You will need to be able to provide evidence of your New Zealand welding certification.
