Website & Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Assist with promotional pricing tasks including collating offers from Product & Marketing Managers and updating various systems ensuring no errors are made and all deadlines are met.
Assist with product lifecycle management including product launches & clearance
Use your data processing & analytical skills to audit and maintain various spreadsheets and make decisions based on your findings
Ensure all compliance standards are upheld for online products and campaigns
Liaise with stores regarding specials and promotions.
Using design tools provided to create original and high quality artwork for the Marketing Team in the correct formats and file size.
Work with Product Managers to ensure they check any information about their products included in any artwork
Assisting in the delivery of the day-to-day marketing activities.

Basic to Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office, in particular, Microsoft Excel for data management
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Suite, mainly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quickly
The ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
Accurate and fast data entry skills with a meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge and experience using a Content Management System, writing for the web, and/or writing and reading HTML, or a desire to quickly learn these web technologies
Experience in an administration role, and/or tertiary education in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design, with a passion for online
Good sense of humour, full of energy, and works well as a team member.
Good all round knowledge of technology with a genuine interest in technology
Experience in Retail
Willing to always learn more and improve day after day.
