Job Description:

DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a motivated Web Chat Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing support to our customers in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance with inquiries and concerns- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs and provide accurate information- Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment- Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Reliable and resilient personality traits- Leadership and persuasion soft skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other computer applications- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends- High school diploma or equivalent
