As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for helping customers and be adaptable to different situations. Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide excellent customer service and support.2. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.4. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements:1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2.
