Web Chat Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

Parrot Analytics is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat support and ensuring customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:1. Handle customer inquiries and provide support through web chat communication.2. Assist customers with product information, technical support, and issue resolution.3. Follow company protocols and guidelines for responding to customer inquiries.4. Utilize strategic planning and analysis skills to identify opportunities for improving customer experience.5. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and provide solutions to customers.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up is completed.7. Work independently to manage workload and meet performance targets.8. Adapt to changes in processes and procedures as necessary to provide optimal customer service.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Strong strategic planning and analysis skills.5. Independent and hardworking personality traits.6. Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly.
