Job Description:

As a Web Chat Associate at Oneok, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. You will be joining a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive working environment.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize a variety of tools and resources to assist customers effectively- Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent typing and multitasking abilities- Dedicated and resilient attitude towards work- Cooperates well with team members and demonstrates effective people management skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
