Our Client, Jost Australiais a leading Supplier in the Transport Industry providing a comprehensive range of advanced technology transport components that is superbly engineered and of highest quality with global backing and are renowned for their innovative products.
A permanent opportunity exists for aWarehouse Supervisorwith experience in Production and Manufacturing environment for immediate start. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring day to day operations and supervising a small team.
Key responsibilities for the role:
Supervision of staff
Inventory control
Assist with managing, mentoring and developing staff
Ensure all safety policies are implemented and adhered to.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a sound record of achievement in the following areas:
Exceptional attention to detail
Mechanical/ engineering knowledge and skills an advantage
Previous experience in similar environment preferred
PC skills
Current Forklift Licence
Excellent customer service skills
Have the ability to develop and follow a very structured business model to ensure deliverance of quality client service
Must possess a collaborative management style
Display open and honest communication with high integrity
Ability to communicate effectively across a range of organisational levels, from Senior Management to floor staff
Possess effective time management skills
