Warehouse Store Person

AucklandGVI Logistics is an International logistics provider handling both Dry and Perishable Cargo. We have a vacancy for a full time Warehouse store person based at our premises at Auckland International Airport.The position would involve general warehouse duties including the checking in of import cargo, loading and unloading of air and sea freight consignments. A current forklift and Class 2 HT licence are desirable but not essential, as we will put the right recruit through training if required.The person that we are seeking must be honest, reliable, have good communication skills, be willing to accept responsibility and work hard. Ideally the suitable applicant must also be physically fit, as there may be heavy lifting involved. Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Ministry of Justice security check. Having previous cold store experience would be preferable but not essential.Person should have a good knowledge around Health & Safety regulations.
