You will help us achieve our mission of fasteners fast & extreme customer service through great leadership and management of our warehouse team.What you will do each day:Effectively lead and manage the teams through high quality recruitment, orientation, communication, coaching, development, performance management and engagement of all staff.Hold team meetings to inform, hold to account, identify opportunities and/or problems, and manage these well and in a timely way.Efficient management: costs well managed, low error rates, exceptional customer service and a focus on continuous improvement.Manage the day to day health and safety for the branch.Be a connector - a big part of what you do is connecting with the sales and internal sales teams to play your part in managing the correct order out on time, to the right person & place.Oversee the Warehouse and the Trade Counter working alongside our Branch Manager, to ensure we are providing Fasteners Fast services to our trade counter customers.Warehouse duties such as picking, packing and checking orders.We're after someone:With a high level knowledge of fasteners, the NZ fastener industry and international fastener procurement.With people leadership experience.Who has excellent communication skills and time management.With good computer skills.As a valued team member we can offer you:Competitive benchmarked wages with bonus incentives.Job security.Wellbeing support.A role where you are known by name and for the value that you bring.A Little Bit About UsAnzor is New Zealand's leading supplier of stainless steel fasteners.We are a successful business built on hard work and excellent products with a reputation for quality and reliability.We've got 12 branches across the country.We genuinely care about our people.We reward hard work and acknowledge your wins!Does this sound like a good fit for you?
