Working with an experienced group of event staging professionals you will be based in Willawong. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the preparing and return of audio visual equipment; assisting with warehouse stock take, basic repairs, cleaning and maintenance of audio visual equipment.

Tasks would include, but are not limited to:
Preparing AV equipment for hire
Re-stocking returning equipment
Assisting in maintenance of rental stock
Organising consumable items where levels are below threshold requirements and re-ordering to replenish
Maintaining efficient use of warehouse space
Maintain WHS standards in the warehouse
Co-ordinating freight bookings
Undertake ad hoc warehouse duties as required
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Professional AV technology
Knowledge and/or use of Rental point (equipment management system) is highly regarded
Attention to detail
Open Drivers License
Ability to follow instructions
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise jobs
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Test and tag certificate would be highly regarded.
