Warehouse Assistant

We are an East Tamaki based importer, exporter and wholesaler and we have an opening for a full or part-time warehouse assistant.
The job will predominantly entail:
Picking Packing Taking phone calls Providing customer service Preparing orders as required according to invoices Getting the parcels ready for shipping around New Zealand.
Though no experience is required to apply as we will provide on the job training, you will need to meet the following requirements. You must: Have great attention to detail in order to accurately and efficiently process orders Work well both individually and in a team Have a good understanding of customer service as you may also be in a customer facing position Have a reasonable working knowledge of NZ geography
If you happen to also be fluent in any other language - particularly Mandarin or Korean - this will be a big bonus! We have some international clients and the ability to help there would be much appreciated.
We are happy to consider applicants for either full-time 40 hours per week work, or part-time 20 hours per week. If you are applying for part-time, we are able to be flexible around your study - provided you can work 20 hours per week into your schedule between typical 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday Or Sunday opening hours.
