We are looking for a reliable, upbeat student to help us out at our Auckland restaurant.About the roleAs a Wait Person at our business you will responsible for ensuring our diners have a standout experience, excelling in service and professionalism at all times. Your tasks and duties will include:Waiting tablesServing customers at the tillBasic cleaning dutiesOther general waiting tasksThis position is full - time - 5 nights per week, usually between the hours of 5:30pm - 12:30am. Hours will vary and be confirmed with the successful applicant, but you will be required to work nights and weekends as we are open seven days a week.Skills and experienceExperience is preferred, however, full training will be provided to candidates who have a desire to learn the skills.To be successful in this role you:Will have a standout personality and SMILE!Will preferably have an excellent command of Chinese to communicate easily with our customersMust be able to work weekends and nightsBe a focused team player who has a passion for food and beverage serviceMust be an excellent verbal communicator with the ability to interact well with staff and customersWill have excellent grooming and presentationWill be honest, reliable, polite and patientPublic transport to the role is available.This job will suit a reliable student looking for part time work while they study.
