The Experience

What role will you play as a member of the team?
The Vendor Replenishment Planner / Supply Chain Coordinator is the key Colgate contact to manage major customer VRP activities. The role also supports the ANZ Order To Invoice and Batch Order Processing and monthly discipline processes.
You will be connected externally and partner strongly with our key customers, executing their planning process across multiple locations. Your strength lies in your systems capability, forecasting accuracy, attention to detail and understanding of inventory process. Your customer relationship management will include daily communications and review against key performance indicators.
As part of the hubbed ANZ team, you will support the processing of customer orders (which may include account specific activities such as following up deliveries or claims).
In addition you will support other ANZ hubbed stock availability and demand planning processes including batch order processing, review of allocations, daily reporting and root cause analysis, as well as being involved in the NZ commercial process to maintain key activities.
What you’ll need...

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience. MS or MBA a plus
Proven experience in sales roles or adjacent experiences required
Experience working with a syndicated service (Nielsen, IRI) account preferred
Experience working in consumer product goods preferred
Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs) preferred
