Visual Merchandising Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Undertaking Visual Merchandising projects and initiatives
Establishing and maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships
Providing leadership, coaching and direction to staff
Ability to understand the complexity of all layers of Visual assets to deliver a seasonal campaign, whilst managing meeting all key deadlines
The unique opportunity to have contribute to the Umbrella approach to new season campaign strategy.
Developing photographic and season language assets to support campaign activity.

Home Retail experience is advantageous, including understanding of store promotions, the set up of these and the impact they have on stores
5+ years Visual Merchandising experience at management level
Strong Visual Merchandising background
Excellent attention to detail, planning and organisational skills
Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong computer skills including Adobe Creative Suite.
Able to plan work load of multiple tasks at any one time.
