Job Description:

Peter Kiewit Sons' is seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of resilience and energy. Additionally, soft skills in negotiation and creativity are highly desired.

Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to management and team members- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls- Perform research and compile data as needed- Assist with project management tasks and follow-up on action items- Help with the creation of presentations, reports, and other documents- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions

Requirements:- 1 year of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- High attention to detail and accuracy- Bachelor's degree preferred
