Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Village including strategic planning, service delivery, asset and financial management ensuring our village remains lively and ready for the future.As a natural leader and someone with passion for the industry, you will thrive in this environment.The residents are always at the heart of what we do so your customer-focused, engaging, energetic and resilient manner will ensure you are the go-to person for our residents, their families, and our friendly staff.About YouWorking for Metlifecare is special in many ways and it will be your charisma, empathy, leadership, and respect for other opinions that will enable you to operate the village to its full potential.
