Village Manager

We are looking for a people orientated, cheerful person who enjoy challengeThis large and modern aged care village waiting for their leader to step on site and coordinate and manage all operational service activities and ensure quality care and services provided to their residents.You will bring to the role your proven experience and expertise with regard to the following: Strong management/leadership skills Sound Financial skills Good communication skills Handling budgets and business plan Property Management Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage Quality Improvement
Strong sales and marketing experience in the similar industry
Strong understanding of asset maintenance
Experience networking within the local community
Qualification in Business, Commerce and hospitality or hotel management is an advantage
