Vegetation Control Operator (Spray Operator)

To continue the great work the team is completing, we are now looking for a reliable individual to join our small but mighty team as a Vegetation Control Operator.
What does a Vegetation Control Operator do?Simply put, you'll play a key role in controlling vegetation and eradicating pest plants across the district's parks, reserves, and roadsides.
Your daily tasks will include:Applying herbicides and carrying out chemical sprayingRemoving weeds manuallyOperating spray equipment and machineryKeeping a spray diary up-to-dateSupporting other teams when needed – we're all about pitching in to get the job done!What are we looking for?Experience in pest plant management is a bonus, but not essential.
If you enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, you could be a great fit!
We're looking for someone who has:A current full driver's licence (manual preferred)A Growsafe Certificate – or a willingness to get one (we'll help you!
