Validation Technologist

You will be responsible for:

Maintenance of the Validation Master Plan and schedule of validations, including periodic review
Supporting the development of protocols and processes required under Regulatory and/or GMP standards
Write and execute validation protocols and drive submission of validation reports to internal business units
The development and maintenance of all chemical specifications across Hokitika and Rolleston sites
Support the wider operations business to achieve validations, and participate in any corrective actions required when identified as part of the validation process
Identify opportunities for improvement in line with continuous improvement methodology to further streamline the wider validation programme
You will have a Degree in Food Technology and/or Chemical Engineering with a proven work history in Validations and knowledge of dairy process engineering preferably in ITN but this is not essential. A solid understanding of food quality systems and testing, compliance product testing, and knowledge of regulations concerning dairy products is critical.
