Your Purpose
This role encompasses the full front end of the UX/UI design process including research, prototyping, testing and UI design. The key focus is to support our strategy of providing a simple differentiated user experience in delivering safety insights for our aviation customers. As part of the Product Management team this role will be part of the bigger picture of delivering a compelling IoT/SaaS/Data solution.

Your Responsibilities
User experience research, ideation and workflows
Create UI prototypes, wireframes and designs
Conduct usability testing
Determine information architecture
Support Agile development process to refine user stories, personas, and storyboards
Support research studies into user behaviour and competitor analysis
Requirements
Fluent in user-centered design trends and best practices
Excellent communication skills and empathy for the user
Ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders
Experience in UX/UI design process including research, prototyping, testing and UI design.
Desirable experience working in Agile teams and refining user stories
