at Orion Health (View all jobs) Auckland, NZ Our UX Designers are an integral part of a collaborative process, consisting of many moving parts. We’re heading towards a future of genomics, device data and world-class personalised health solutions - and we need a team of talented UX Designers working alongside us. We’re looking to bolster our Auckland UX Team, with a few more dynamic and diligent user experience and interface designers, who have a product design mindset.The role:With responsibility for a product set, you'll work with your colleagues to design and refine existing and future workflows. Working directly with DEV teams will not be foreign to you, and nor will working with ambiguity. You'll deftly navigate and discover ways to solve complex problems. A passionate, driven UX Designer, ready to further extend your experience, you'll be confident, never shying away from a challenge. Ideally, you will bring to the table:A growing portfolio of work that showcases information, interaction and interface design skills, such as wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity prototypes
Your knowledge of user-centred design methodologies and ability to validate the efficacy of proposed solutions
Axure experience, we use this extensively
Strong communication skills that will enable you to build relationships, and influence and liaise confidently with stakeholders from all layers of the organisation
A previous background in software or mobile app development would be beneficial
A Degree in Interaction Design, HCI or related field is preferred
Experience working in healthcare, or with remote teams/customers, will be a string to your bow. With a few roles to fill, we are looking for talented people whose values and work ethic match our own.
