This top tier national practice is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate, based in Christchurch.Our client is seeking a talented Trust specialist (Associate / Senior Associate) with a passion for building client relationships and providing exceptional client service. This role involves advising clients on asset planning and protection. As such, demonstrable experience in the design, preparation and revision of Trust and Estate plans is essential. In this role your specialist advice will also prove invaluable to members of our clients Litigation and Relationship Property teams. Essential to the role is an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the relevant Act(s). As a successful applicant, you will primarily advise clients on matters in relation to asset planning and protection - including the formation and administration of trusts, property purchases / sales, and other related matters. There will also be opportunities to provide support and mentoring to other team members.This role offers adjustable working arrangements and an excellent remuneration package.
