We're looking for a Travel Team Leader to lead our National Travel Centre. The Travel Centre is a new initiative designed to support customer journeys through every step. The foundations of this Centre have been developed, so this is an exciting opportunity to grow this Centre under our Excellence in Motion – Striving for Excellence plan.
This role is full-time, permanent, salaried position working a scheduled roster. There is flexibility offered in the location – we’ll happily consider applicants wishing to reside and work in either Auckland or Motueka.About the Role Management of the Travel Centre and its associated services and functions Administer customer contacts (email, phones, livechat, messaging) and ensure appropriate response times Regularly review work processes and identify areas for improvement Manage bookings and sales, including revenue targets Ensure team members are updated with product, training and process changes accordingly Create a culture of celebrating employee success through innovative and engaging initiatives You'll need: Previous call centre experience, ideally in a leadership position Well-developed customer service skills and ability to create rapport with all people Able to swiftly learn new programmes Show enthusiasm – and able to share this with your team Skills to prepare reports Proven experience in dealing with challenging situations Excellent communication and influencing skills Good written communication Great organisation and time management skills Ability to multitask and manage high stress situations Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities Capacity to understand wider picture Ability to identify strategic opportunities and emerging issues Anchor Values Service & experiences that deserve 5 stars/above 80 (NPS) from start to finish every time Client centric decision making About Us:
