Add expected salary to your profile for insightsThe role of the Transportation Delivery Manager is to support the Head of Operational Delivery with managing the service delivery for all operational transportation activities at Selwyn District Council.Here at Selwyn District Council, the Transportation Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that they provide:Technical and People leadership in the execution of the Transportation Portfolio, including contributing to the long-term and annual planKey support and advisor to the Transportation Asset Planning Manager, Head of Operational Delivery and Group Manager Infrastructure & Property on Transportation mattersRelationship management with key stakeholders including Waka Kotahi, Community Groups, Focus Groups, NZ Police Contractors, ECan, Councillors, Executive Team, and our communitiesStrong leadership of all reporting to stakeholdersTechnical mentoring of staff to build technical capability in the teamPositively contribute to the effective management and development of the Infrastructure & Property Group.About you:This role would suit someone who has strong technical capabilities and proven leadership experience, with the ability to be credible within a Public and Political environment.
