Working with a modern fleet and well-known NZ companies, you will be required to understand your clients and their needs and support them with transport solutions and service that are second to none.Schedule/Plan set runs and adhoc transport requirements per instructions.Co-ordinate container and port bookingsCo-ordinate/Liaise with drivers, clients, and sites to optimize turn around timesHours of work - 7am-5pm - 45 hours per week contractExecution of planned runs to meet customer DIFOTSAbout YouAlong with a positive attitude and openness to learning and development you will also bring:Current planner/dispatching experience within a large fleet – preferred.Eye for detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.A good understanding of Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and Outlook, with the capacity to learn new technology – experience with Port and container booking systems and EROAD will be highly regarded.Strong work ethic, with solid time management and organization skillsAbility to cope in a fast-moving dispatch environment. We will provide you with on the job training and support, potential for career growth and advancement, and a competitive remuneration.Hit the apply now button and get in touch!Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
