Busy transport provider is seeking a new Customer Service Representative to add to there team until Christmas.
Your new role
The primary purpose of the Customer Support Representative position is to provide customers with professional responses to customer’s queries and product and service information. The Customer Support team will resolve product or service issues by understanding and registering in CRM the customer’s issue, determining the cause of the problem, providing the best solution to resolve the problem and expediting correction or adjustment in a timely manner.

Deal directly with customers by either telephone, electronically or face to face
Log all requests received in the companies CRM ensuring all customers query details are captured and resolved in a timely manner.
Escalate issues or unresolved matters in a timely frame.
Update customers with missed or late delivery issues
Reception cover - meet and greet when needed

What you'll need to succeed
Be immediately available to work for 3 months on a temporary basis.
Strong interpersonal skills, and have positive attitude.
Confident and ability to take ownership
Must be flexible to thrive in a constantly changing environment
Computer skills - Basic - Intermediate
Customer Service OR Admin experience.
Warehousing background with above experience would be great!

What you'll get in return
Parking on site
Work Monday - Friday ( 9:00 - 5.30 ) and every second Saturday
South Auckland Location
3 month temp role ( Until December )
