We are looking for an experienced Traffic Management Supervisor to join our team. They will provide a safe and effective temporary traffic management (TTM) work sites under an approved traffic management plan (TMP) with desired protection for both public safety and our highly skilled Arborists. Key Responsibilities: Competent TM set outs according to both Treetech generic and specific TMP's in order to comply with local authority and NZTA requirements. Continued control and maintenance of TM sites under your control to ensure sites remain both compliant and safe. Care and attention for the safety of Treetech staff, motorists, and others in and around TM sites to keep all involved safe. Accurate reporting of any incidents occurring on any TM sites under your supervision to ensure cause and prevention are both identified. Assisting crews on site as and when required to ensure efficiency and clean-ups, etc. Briefing and assistance to Treetech staff with traffic management setups or/or queries. Managing other TM employees. The successful candidate will have: Supervisory experience. A full class 2 license. Strong organisation, planning & problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure. Demonstrated ability to contribute and work within a team and build and maintain effective relationships.
