They specialise in roadworks, infrastructure projects, and traffic management services. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Traffic Controller to join their team. Your New Role As a Traffic Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of road users, pedestrians, and construction workers. Your responsibilities will include: Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems (TMS) at work sites. Directing traffic flow and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Coordinating with other team members, contractors, and local authorities. Monitoring and adjusting traffic control measures as needed. What You'll Need to Succeed: Experience: Previous experience as a Traffic Controller is highly desirable.TMO Ticket or STMS Ticket: Possession of either a Traffic Management Operative (TMO) ticket or a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) ticket is essential. Communication Skills: Clear communication and the ability to work well within a team. Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
