The Warehouse is now a Kiwi household name, and we proudly recognise the role that we play in communities throughout New Zealand.Job Description As Trading Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing everything Shopfloor related, including Entertainment, Technology, Apparel, Footwear, and the Price Integrity function.You will report to the Store Manager and ensure that merchandising and trading standards are maintained, the Manager's Trading Plan is delivered, and pricing integrity and availability meet expectations.Additionally, you will lead, coach, recruit and motivate the team to success.Days of work are Sunday to Thursday.Hours per day 9hrs worked. (9.5 including 1/2hr break) Start times will vary per day.Qualifications The ideal candidate should be able to interpret and execute plans, possess good written and verbal communication skills, and have proven experience as a confident leader.We value each other and we consider team working to be an essential way of working.
