In line with this, we are currently seeking a trade sales support professional that is fluent in Mandarin to join our Westgate based team.The role:Providing dedicated support to an Account Manager that is focused on the Asian market, you will ensure that our trade clients experience the best customer service from start to finish. On a daily basis you will be responsible for –Customer enquiries by phone and email
Daily and weekly planning with account manager to ensure all opportunities are captured
Providing customers with product advice & discussing tailored solutions
Phoning customers to prompt upcoming requirements
Liaising with inventory and dispatch with regards to orders and deliveries
Dealing with suppliers around new products and specifications
About you:The time-sensitive nature of our customers’ needs requires you to work at pace and input data accurately and within specified timeframes. Your resilience and ability to be solution-oriented even when under pressure will certainly come in handy in this ever-changing environment.Ideally, you will come from a trade, tele-sales or sales support background and possess an understanding of our products while being fuelled with passion for the building industry.As your role will also see you liaising with other areas of the branch, you must have the ability to build rapport and enjoy a team-focused culture.
