Trade Counter Sales - Blenheim

The Role

:As first point of contact in our Blenheim store, you’ll be based on our Trade Counter serving our valued plumbing and trade customers building rapport and trust with them, processing sales, answering phone enquiries, picking and packing orders and providing customers with all-round solutions while exceeding their expectations. You’ll also support the branch with shared deliveries, ensuring our products get delivered to our customers in a timely manner.
We are a close-knit team who get on well together and are motivated to succeed so you’ll be a like-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment but remain calm under pressure and work well with others to achieve our goals.To be considered you must possess the following:•Exceptional customer service skills to deliver a high level of customer service•Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer enquiries•Be a team player who works well with others to achieve team goals•Be a fast learner to pick up product knowledge and new technologies and systems.•Hold a full NZ Drivers LicenceThis is a part time opportunity working 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.30am - 1pm.
