Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Tractor Operators to join our team during our peak summer season from November to April.
Key Responsibilities: Operate tractors for a variety of tasks, including maize planting and harvesting, ground preparation, hay and silage production, and more. Perform maintenance and care for equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with a dedicated team to meet project deadlines and uphold our high standards of quality. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, during peak season. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. A valid driver's license and relevant certifications.
