Track Engineer Design Lead

KiwiRail is New Zealand\'s national railway. It\'s an exciting time for us with the surge of investment in New Zealand rail, and we are building high performing teams to reach our full potential for the future. Our Pleanning and Engineering team are responsible for maintaining 4,000 kilometres of the rail corridor, bridges, tunnels, viaducts, overhead wires, signals and level crossings.
Due to our continuous growth and exciting upcoming projects, we are creating a high-performing Engineering Design Team and seeking experienced Track Design Lead to lead designers and design services for major new-build rail track projects across the country.
Your Skills:
Experience as a senior track designer, leading design projects from concept to completion
Strong working knowledge of online and offline design, brand development and the creative process
Experience with relevant design software
The ability to translate ideas to designers and others, using your strong communication and influencing skills to present to external and internal stakeholder
