Three Waters Education Officer

We are looking for someone to join our Three Waters team to provide education and advocacy on matters of reducing water use and promoting wastewater and stormwater management and sustainability in the New Plymouth District.
To be successful in this role you will be an influencer who can drive change. Relationship management and effective communication skills will be critical so that you can successfully create and implement water education programmes across various community groups and help to instigate a behaviour change regarding our District's use and understanding of water.
We are looking for someone with a tertiary qualification in either education, behaviour change or a three waters related discipline. The successful candidate will have knowledge of three waters processes and the ability to advocate and promote the Council's objectives to a wide range of interest groups, schools and the general public.
