Tupu Ora is a regional specialist service providing assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with eating disorders.
Tupu Ora also provides consultation to and liaison with community services and hospitals in the Metro Auckland and Northland region.
The purpose of this position is to provide support for therapeutic groups delivered by Tupu Ora.
These groups are attended by clients and/or whanau, and the role will assist by working alongside the multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure that effective and high-quality clinical service is delivered in an organised and cohesive way.
Minimum Requirements: You will have previous experience within mental health and/or eating disorders services.You will have a commitment to biculturalism and to achieving equitable outcomes for Maori.A qualification (certificate/diploma) in Mental Health Support work is essential for this role.This is a community-based role, so a full Driver Licence is required.Please submit your application online, outlining your experience and motivation to apply to this role.
