Intermediate Test Analyst

We are looking for a Intermediate Test Analyst with a keen interest in the customer experience and the way users are likely to approach using our systems.

A motivated individual who can bring 2+ years testing experience to the team. Someone who enjoys a challenge and has an interest in analysing, problem solving, improving systems and the customer experience. Someone who has the drive to improve quality by thinking of multiple different approaches. i.e. What are the potential ways software could error?

If the above applies to you, look no further, we have an exciting new position in our User Experience & Application Testing Team – Application Services ITS starting February 2021.

In this two-year fixed term full-time position based in Palmerston North, you will be part of a busy professional team supporting the University user community. This role is critical in ensuring that changes proposed for enterprise systems, and associated interfaces, meet the required quality standards and acceptance criteria. You will provide input into process improvement as well as developing reusable test assets.

While overall, it is valuable to know how software works, sometimes it is of greater value to understand how people work.
